Time for mindless whining.
Hey at least I'm warning people. It isn't political or anything like that. I did have a good mother's day. My Graysons got me rose bushes. Just trying to wait until our yard dries up. It's been raining more or less for the past week. One of the farmers in the area that is in our Sunday school class said that they've gotten 3 months worth of rain in a week, over 12 inches. So pray for the farmers to get some dry weather for a bit so the planting can be finished.
Now on to my whining. NBC has gotten rid of two really good shows that they had for the past 2 seasons (including during the writer's strike) Life and Knight Rider. Life starred Damian Lewis a great actor from the UK and a handful of other great actors in the mix. It's about a cop who was framed for the murder of his best friend and he got life but then got out and got a butt ton of money. The character 'Charlie Crews' decided to then go back to the force as a detective and he proceeds to try and find who framed him.
Knight Rider any of you who read this who are over the age of 28 (maybe) or have seen the reruns (if you're younger) of the original series it starred "The Hoff" David Hasselhoff for those of you in a closed world. This one just kinda jumped 20 years later to the offspring doing the basic same thing that the original series did instead of KITT being a Pontiac, KITT in this series was a Ford Mustang and it changed to different vehicles too.
Those were some good shows and I hope they get picked up by another network. Who knows people nowadays like the shows that don't make you think all the time. Go figure.
