Need some help.

Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to cinnamon later in life? I've done a bunch of searching but it's very vague and I don't have a GP and don't want to call my OB/GYN. I've been having dizzy spells for the past few days and it just dawned on me that it might be what I've been eating for breakfast. I eat the toasted O's (walmart cheerios) and I use some sugar and I also put cinnamon on it. My parents were thinking it was either a sugar issue or a potassium issue. So hubby bought me some OJ and I'm almost done with it. I like it anyways so there's the positive to it. I woke up this morning after the usual sleeping pattern, wake up multiple time due to hubby coming to bed at an untimely time and the baby waking up in the middle of the night mind you the latter of it all is getting better, I just need to start putting him back into his crib. But I am very sleepy at night and just down right lazy. But I woke up with no dizziness or weakness feeling fine then I ate later on. The reaction wasn't immediate, I took care of lil man and put him down for a nap and slept for an hour myself and woke up with everything back. Well, anyone who has an idea on this because it's getting pretty bad and I really don't want to go to the doctor, but I just might have to next week.

Sounds like a trip needed to the GP... once you find one. Not a bad thing to have even if you only go once a year for a physical. No clue if eating cinnamon would give you that kind of reaction though... that's a bit weird. Good luck

It sounds like a blood pressure issue to me, honestly. Or a blood sugar one.
I agree, you need to find a GP and get a physical.
