Holy crap! I have never seen so many teeth come in at a period of time like my child's has, we're talking about all 4 of the 1st molars and all 4 of his canine teeth! I'm a very tired mommy, cutting teeth since March people. We're walking much better, still like an old lady or me during my last weeks of pregnancy.
Christmas is almost here. I haven't wrapped a single present for lil man and now my FIL is now living with us, as I mentioned in the last entry. So far so good. Like I said, I'm in a different place and I'm going to have a different approach to it.
We had a trip to Jonesboro on Tuesday because we found out on Friday that that recall on the Simplicity cribs they gave out last year and then in July of this year finally encompassed the crib we had for lil man. Monday I made phone calls first to the company, they aren't there on a daily basis. Then I called the gov't recall hotline and they said to take it to the store. Well, we got it at Target (lovely people by the way)so I called the store in J-boro and the girl I talked to wasn't really sure, she apologized and then gave me the number for guest relations. I then got help and a bunch of numbers to return it. So we loaded the car and the truck, couldn't fit all of us and the crib in the car, and headed out of town.
I'll take pictures once I get the boxes out of his room. It's shorter than what we had and yet again I have the mattress too high. But he was able to sleep in his own bed and not a playpen. I also rearranged his room, I think it looks better.

Teething really sucks. It does. Not only for them, but for you as well.
If it gets too bad, call the doctor and ask them to call in liquid lidocaine. It's a lifesaver. I promise.
Crib recalls? Hate them. Hate that what happened for their to be a recall.
