We put an offer on a house almost 2 weeks ago as a back up contract. I don't mind that part really but what does get my goat is the fact that the people who were originally pre-approved the numbers don't look good with the underwriter and now that's what we're waiting on, we've been pre-approved with no problem. I'm just tired of waiting that's all. Yes, we're still looking but it's getting hard. We can't look at anything with a double wide as the main house on it because we can't get a loan for a double wide. We're still searching and it's getting very stressful for me. I want a place to call my own.
On a brighter note we believe that we have finally found a church. I am super excited about that. Once we've prayed about it and made the official decision I will let you know.
