The past week

Been pretty decent. 

I've got the I don't want to deal with people syndrome at the moment.

We made an unexpected dry run to the hospital last Tuesday, I have been spotting through out my pregnancy well, 2 clots decided to show themselves when I made a visit to the bathroom that afternoon.  Yes, I did freak out but in a calm way.  I wouldn't have cried if Lil Man was crying.  After sitting on my butt for a four or more hours with monitors attached to me and an ultrasound the results are placenta is high up, baby is active, and I have fibroids.  As annoying it is going to be I will be spotting off and on through out the pregnancy.  Found out the baby really doesn't like those monitors attached to me, I don't either.

What else happened? It finally rained a bit in Central Texas!  Now there are still wildfires going on in this state and some parts didn't get any rain.  Easter weekend the governor of Texas Rick Perry asked for the people of the state to pray for rain.  I commend him.  A lot of people thought that what he did was wrong. Now I'm going to get on my soapbox on this one.  Okay you don't believe in God that is your choice and decision.  But what right do YOU have to deny that choice from anyone else who does believe in God, believe in prayer. Difference of opinion is what makes this nation great. 

Other things have happened but I don't feel like talking about it.  Am I happy that the event happened? Yes.  But we as a nation should not relax.
