Tracing your roots is a profession?

Visiting family in NC, ok, currently it's been just my hubby's family. But I've been able to meet an awesome person that I've talked to on twitter for over a year and her beautiful little girl.  Wish I took pictures. *smh*

I am hoping to see at least one person from my family tomorrow.  She's busy and you all know who she is...

But, that's not what I am writing about.  Aside from the fact that today I am EXHAUSTED from events earlier today.  I have been on a mission for 20 years.  Researching my family tree.  WOW. If you know your family tree and want to pass it on to your children, DO IT!!! Don't just play around, there is so much missing from my dad's side I am about to cry. I have hit a brick wall on one person in my family. A very important person.  I am hoping that the reason why I am about to cry is because I have reached my wits end and I am tired.

I'll post more on this later and when we get back home, I will post about our trip and hope to have pics!
