The story of another mother

I love my mom.  I love her very much and I am thankful that she's my mom.  My mom had 2 good friends that were always there when I was growing up.  Her friend Jeanette and our next door neighbor Teresa.  Both women watched and took care of me from time to time if my mom needed the help.  It was great.  It was like having 2 extra moms.

Since we moved from Virginia Beach, I was lazy in keeping contact with them.  I've tried to remedy that now that I have kids of my own.

This past Friday at 8:51 pm EST one of my other mothers passed away.  Ann Teresa Anders was welcomed into Heaven.  You know what?  I know God and Jesus both said she was a good and faithful servant. She loved our family.  She was very protective of both my parents.  When my parents moved out this way, everyone was sad.

Teresa wasn't afraid to tell you the truth and she was always to the point.  She LOVED her family, there is really no other way to explain that.  If you didn't know her you just don't understand.

The last few times that I talked to her were far between, but we talked.  I am thankful that the last time I was able to tell her I love her.  I was able to tell her thank you.  Thank you for the years of advice, love, support and trust.  I will miss talking to her but I am comforted to know that she's not hurting or dealing with physical aliments.

I do ask for those of you who do pray, please pray for her family, those friends she considered family, and her friends.  We are all better people because she was in our lives.
